- Tony Lawson
Prior to founding XLB, Tony was a senior director within the capital markets team at CBRE and an equity partner at niche agent Holley Blake. Tony has over 20 years of experience in the national office and industrial markets, having specialised in investment, development funding and leasing.
Tony has a strong track record in working with private equity funds, entrepreneurial property companies and corporate occupiers.
- Simon Bowder
Prior to founding XLB, Simon established and ran, as Managing Director, Kilmartin London Limited. He amassed a diverse property portfolio in excess of £300 million comprising development and asset management based commercial assets.
Simon has over 25 years of experience in the commercial property industry. He gained development and investment experience at Trafalgar House Developments, Chesterton Petty Hong Kong and as a Director at Hillier Parker in the Capital Markets team.
- William Poole
William joined XLB from Cushman & Wakefield April 2011 where he worked in the Valuation, West End Leasing and Global Corporate Services teams. William has 10 years’ experience in the commercial property industry and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in April 2007.

Alexander joined XLB from Allsop in April 2014 where he worked in the insolvency department. During his time at Allsop, Alexander asset managed and sold a wide range of real estate and qualified as an RICS Registered Property Receiver. Additionally Alexander spent 20 months on secondment to RBS in the Global Restructuring Group. Prior to Allsop, Alexander worked at Knight Frank where he qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in November 2009.

Charlie joined XLB from Bilfinger GVA in October 2015 where he worked in the City Office Agency department. At Bilfinger GVA Charlie focussed on the disposal and acquisition of offices for a wide range of clients including institutional, private, corporate clients and tenants. Prior to Bilfinger GVA Charlie worked for Corob Holdings and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in October 2012.
- Danielle Bamford
Danielle joined XLB in November 2012 after graduating from Newcastle University and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in October 2016. Since joining XLB, Danielle has asset managed commercial property for a range of institutional clients and has been involved in a number of development projects, both office and industrial.

Paul’s previous role, prior to working for XLB, was as Regional Construction Partner for Goodman (previously Arlington Securities) where he worked for 10 years. In his role Paul managed a construction team with an annual construction budget in excess of £50m and specialised in out of town office and science parks.
Paul has been in the property and construction industries for over 30 years and has been involved in a wide variety of developments, both in the UK and overseas, primarily in the commercial and retail sectors with project values from less than £100,000 to over £40m.

Jago has 20 years of construction and project management experience, primarily within the business space sector.
Jago was responsible for the design and project management of 1.7m sq ft of accommodation during his 5 years at Arlington Securities (now Goodman).
He was responsible for delivering all Kilmartin Property Group’s southern projects from inception to completion on time and within budget.
- Marek Wyspianski

Marek is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 30 years experience as a Client, Consultant and Contractor with the last 19 years as a Consultant and then Client Project Manager. Marek’s Project Management experience includes a broad range of Industrial and Mixed Use developments, and Regeneration Projects.
During his time as a Client Project Manager Marek has delivered in excess of 2m sq ft of industrial development across the UK to time and budget, as well as residential planning consents, significant remediation schemes, and enabling infrastructure schemes.
