The business plan is to provide a modern mixed use park with excellent parking and amenity. The estate has offices let to British Gas and development plots with consent for a further 170,000 sq ft. We are implementing a new road to give frontage to Orbis and further access onto The Causeway and Junction 13 of the M25.
